MEET DR KILLPACK
Keely Killpack, PhD is an expert change management strategist and behavior adoption expert with a laser focus on shepherding diverse client organizations through transformational changes and organization designs.
She has created and successfully implemented four complete change management methodologies and toolkits, as well as two organization design custom methodologies and toolkits. Keely is a founding member of the global Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) and has presented at international and national conferences throughout her career (Speaking page has all the details).
She also teaches masters’ courses in change management, organization development, communication, and leadership at two universities in Oregon. A respected thought leader known for her innovative ideas, Keely brings a down-to-earth, humorous approach to engaging a crowd and provides audiences with actionable tools that translate into tangible results.
